In the summer of 2002, in the Brandenburg village of Potzlow , the 16-year-old Marinus Schöberl was killed by the neo-Nazi brothers Marco and Marcel Schönfeld and their friend Sebastian Fink. Schöberl wore bleached hair, baggy pants and stuttered. For the perpetrators this was a reason to despise him as „subhuman” and „not worth living”. The perpetrators had tortured their victim, who belonged to Marcel's circle of friends, for hours - under the eyes of at least three adult Potzlowers.
